Yotta Energy is developing a modular energy storage device, SolarLEAF™; battery storage integrated with photovoltaic (PV) installation designed to reduce cost and expand the development of energy storage and grid resiliency on commercial​ buildings. HOW IN² IS HELPING

NREL will assist Yotta Energy primarily in the area of technology validation. NREL proposes to characterize the technology’s performance as compared to a baseline unit, first in a laboratory environmental chamber, subjected to a range of ambient conditions, and then potentially in an outdoor installation.
